Seniors Worldwide Victims

Studies estimate that 50% of elderly American are victims of financial exploitation while only 4% to 15% case are ever reported. Financial swindles are one of the fastest growing forms of abuse of the elderly according to NCEA.

These studies are very similar in Canada. The only way to protect our seniors is by having trained attorneys/estate lawyers preparing the necessary legal documents before seniors transition into their aging years.

  1. As the Managing Partner of Atlantica Law Group our lawyers made a committment to help our clients protect their parents against senior abuse. Seniors need help organizing their lifes as they age, and need their estate protected aginst abuse. That is why we are one of the first firms to create a dedicated website setting out exactly the things seniors need to consider at or near retirement age. It is our hope clients become proactive in helping protect their parents.
